A Very Merry Christmas to all. I realize after numerous enquiries I have not updated our whereabouts or if we have froze any limbs off yet in the great north. (close but no)
After an adventurous year we decided to call Kelowna, BC Canada home. It has been an amazing move for the kids who have adjusted beautifully and thankfully have not skipped a beat. Academically they have slipped right into the Canadian system loving how easy they are finding it – except for social studies class where they know zero about Canadian history or about Canada for that matter (bad parenting..haha)
Sport wise the best things we did was move the boys here, they are training hard and loving it. Poor Emma had to have reconstruction surgery on her knee and has been a trooper in her 9 month recovery journey.
Trent, well he is freezing all the time, our bill from running our fireplace 24/7 will be interesting 😉 We have had some cultural adjustments to say the least. Everett is the funniest trying to navigate his new surroundings in North America. *Poor kid has never really wore pants and doesn’t like the feel of them. *He asked if the dangling frozen things were called glaciers…haha, nope icicles. *The munchkins also commented that Christmas is actually like the songs they have sung finally – white christmas
Merry Merry Christmas to you. Sending lots of love and to our international family… we miss you dearly! xoxo
